General Assembly

The General Assembly is IOFI's highest decision-making body. lt brings together IOFI members to approve strategic orientations, elect the Board, and adopt key organizational decisions.

IOFI Board

The IOFI Board is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the organization, acting on behalf of the General Assembly.

IOFI Secretariat

The IOFI Secretariat supports the work of the Board and implements IOFI's activities.
